Today I am beyond excited to announce that 4one4 Real Estate has joined forces with First National Real Estate McGregor in a bid to expand our offering to our real estate clients and to strengthen our position within the Hobart market place.
These are exciting times for our agency, and we are genuinely grateful that Chris, Julie & Jonh McGregor have entrusted our family and 4one4 Real Estate to continue on their real estate legacy moving forward in 2020 and beyond.
Joining with the team from First National McGregor was an easy decision as we admire that like us, as a family business they hold the same values and integrity we strive for which was an essential factor when we set out to expand our agency.
Over the next six months, not a lot will change within the public space, and you will continue to receive the same exceptional service you have come to expect and rely upon from the entire team at First National McGregor and 4one4 Real Estate.
However, you can rest assured that we are extremely busy working behind the scenes to build a strong and robust road map for everything the second half of 2020 can throw at us moving forward to protect you, our clients and your most valuable asset.
Our vision at 4one4 Real Estate has always been one of innovation, passion and integrity. Through our unique way of thinking, we have been able to move our property management team to over 95% paperless, which has resulted in a more transparent experience for our property owners.

As of next month, we will be moving the entire McGregor team over to the 4one4 offices and will slowly transition everything over to 4one4 Real Estate by the end of 2020.
