Locked Door Procedure

In an effort to further comply with government directives in relation to social distancing and to maintain a safe environment for our staff and clients we have made the decision that as of Tuesday 14th April we will begin to operate with a locked front door. We will still be here working as hard as ever but you will need to make an appointment with us if it is essential that you see us in person.
Our reception staff will have a list of booked appointments for the day and will only admit those people who have made an appointment, to the office. Appointments are mandatory as it will help us to ensure that there are no more than two client groups in the office at one time which is the maximum number we can hold.
When you attend our office please don’t take offence if we ask you to sit at the opposite end of our meeting table or if we keep our distance when standing, this is just to comply with social distancing guidelines and feels strange for us too!
We also have sanitiser available on our reception desk, feel free to use it upon your arrival. We’ve also implemented a rigorous cleaning schedule in our office to maintain the highest level of cleanliness possible.
For Tenants:
We will only be conducting in office appointments for the collection of keys for newly leased properties. For all other appointments, we have a myriad of other ways to connect with you such as Google Hangout meetings, Zoom meetings, email, phone, tenant portal Tenant portal access.
Rent will no longer be accepted in office. All rent payments will need to be made either electronically or at a Westpac branch. If you are unsure of your options, please contact your property manager.
You will also be receiving check-in phone calls from our staff from time to time, just to see how you are going in place of routine inspections. Please feel free to pass on any issues that you are experiencing during these calls as the information is passed along to your property owner.
For Property Owners:
Just as with our tenants we have a range of ways to connect with you. If you need a meeting with your property manager please contact them to discuss the best way to meet.
Please remember that you too have access to your owner portal where you can find lots of information relating to your property and tenancy: Owner portal access
For Trades People:
If you are coming to our office to pick up or return keys please wait outside, our reception staff will open the door, check which key you need and bring it out to you. To streamline the process please feel free to call us when you are on the way to the office and speak with our reception staff and they can have the keys ready for you on your arrival.
