Spring has always been known as a popular time to sell a property and in 2016 the Northern Suburbs marketplace could not be any hotter with a lot of homes going under offer before they have even made it to market.

With this in mind we have now officially moved into a seller market with the Northern Suburbs recording 268 properties sold which works out at almost 3 properties per day. Our believe is that the reason for the reduced days on market and high sales volume is because there is currently very little stock for sale with only 492 properties for sale across the area, which is down by just over 15% compared to the last quarter which has resulted in strong sale prices and an average days on market of only 63.5 days.
