This year 4one4 Real Estate was lucky enough to compete in the two awards “Communication” and “Innovation” however they were unsuccessful this year at bringing home the top honours to Tasmania.

On the night Paul Berry, Director of 4one4 Real Estate said “It was an absolute privilege to even be nominated for two awards this year. Tonight showcases the dedication to detail our team go to ensuring that all our clients experience the most advanced cutting-edge systems when selling, buying, renting or managing their property through our agency and this is something our entire team should be proud of”.

With a strong passion for innovation 4one4 Real Estate strongly believed their idea this year was groundbreaking, however, unfortunately, the win went to South Australia.

“Innovation is a key component to everything we do at 4one4 Real Estate and this year we were super excited to offer our clients 3D Models of every home we promote. This technology allows them to walk through the entire home from anywhere in the world be it using a computer or phone through to VR Goggles” said Patrick Berry, Marketing and Innovation manager at 4one4 Real Estate

4one4 Real Estate is incredibly proud of their efforts during 2017 and hopes that their innovative approach to marketing be it digital and traditional is what helps push the Hobart industry to evolve and raise the overall performance of agents within the area. With that said they now set their sights on the future and its back to the office as they look for ways to improve the agency moving forward into 2018.
