As we head into our 11th year of operation of 4one4 Real Estate we though it was time to showcase our commitment to the Northern Suburbs of Glenorchy so over the past two months management has been working closely with Pontville Homes to help create a new and inviting reception that builds on the high level of customer service the company has offered over the past 10 years.
Our new reception has been designed and inspired with a coffee shop in mind to help create an upbeat and relaxing atmosphere for both employees and clients alike. Using Scandinavian design as our inspiration and music via Spotify management have been able to offer an amazing ambiance for the new look reception.
As part of our ongoing efforts to raise the level of customer service, all clients and guests to the new look reception will be offered a complimentary coffee, tea, juice or water from our fully stocked kitchen/bar and this is just a small token of our appreciation for their business.
Technology has not been forgotten either with six sun readable screens, two internal displays that function as a digital display during the day and presentation screens for formal meetings/information nights and four iPad’s which will be used for the signing of leases, agency agreements and showcasing potential properties for sale.
4one4 Real Estate is committed to providing the Northern Suburbs of Glenorchy with a high end technology advances office to ensure that every client receives customer service above and beyond their expectations and with new office hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12noon Saturdays along with our 24 hour after hours line we are open longer to ensure we are always available when you need us.
