Last night the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania hosted their annual Awards for Excellence which highlight the industry’s top performers from across the state. Hosted this year at Launceston’s Country Club Casino the night was attended by more than 200 agents and was a great opportunity for the industry to congratulate each other for an outstanding twelve months.

4one4 Real Estate attended the night after being nominated for three categories along with supporting one of their staff members Chloe Hutt who received her Diploma of Real Estate Services after graduating the course earlier this year.

The night started off well with 4one4 taking home the REIT’s “Communication Award” along with the REIT’s “Innovation” award which was accepted by Patrick Berry on the night.

Communication Award

Patrick thanked his property management team for helping the agency take home both awards with their submission based around how the agency has re-invented the way they communicate with tenants and property owners.

Innovation Award

In 2016 the agency implemented the ability for tenants to book inspections online instantly without the need to call the agency and deployed their own property owner’s portal through 4one4.com.au which allows property owners the ability to log directly into the company’s database to receive live up to date info on their entire portfolio.

Then to end the night 4one4 were awarded the REIT’s 2016 “Medium agency of the year” award, accepted by managing director Paul Berry along with the team members that were in attendance. Paul said that this award way an enjoyable and exciting ending to a fantastic night, he went on to say that it’s the company’s people that makes a successful office and that this award goes a long way in showing that the innovative tech along with strong systems can help any agency succeed at a high level.

Medium Agency Award

4one4 Real Estate will now travel to Canberra in April to compete in the in the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s national awards for excellence where they will try to bring home another national award for the agency.
