Supporting our community!

4one4 Real Estate is always looking for ways to give back to the local community and this year we decided to get behind the Southern City BMX Club.

The club has been in operation at their Berriedale track for over 20 years and has riders from 2 years old through to 60 years, making it one of the most inclusive sports in Australia.

4one4 decided to get involved when staff members Abbey & Patricks kids Parker (age 6) and Quinn (age 3) started racing. We saw this as an opportunity to not only support our staff but as a way to give back to an organisation within our backyard.

Through selling real estate, we get the opportunity to work with some amazing business, and through our connections, we were able to help secure the club some much-needed help.

We want to thank our partners for the following items:

  • CentraCare Evolve Housing for donating $2,500 to help the club run BMX racing come and try days throughout 2019/2020.
  • Sign Nation for producing signage at the track including a welcome sign, novelty cheques and vinyl wrapping the start gate to the value of $1,200.
  • 4one4 Media House for creating a new state of the art website, which will allow the club to sell tickets to events and club merchandise to the value of $1,500.
  • Realestate.com.au for helping the club purchase new computers to help run their scoring system along with registration of riders to the value of $1,500.
  • Cassie Groves Graphics for helping the club re-brand with a fresh new look to the value of $550.
  • Rotary Glenorchy for helping the club purchase a brand new timing and scoring system. This system will run events smoother along with providing information to riders as to their reaction times and lap time to the value of $10,500.

Amazingly, the support that has come together through working with our clients, their combined efforts have helped achieve almost $18,000 in cash donations and equipment.

Our partnership with the Southern City BMX Club is only just beginning, and we are excited to see the club achieve its full potential moving forward.
